Trisha's Twice Baked Potatoes
Hello,
I'm back with another recipe. This one is a sure hit! I mean southern food in general is a hit can't tell me no different. LOL
I love watching the cooking shows. My favorite ones are of course Paula Deen's and Trisha Yearwood's show. This recipe I am sharing with you today comes from Trisha's show. I made a few alterations to it just bc I didn't want to buy certain items and I was short on time so I made a quicker version.

Here is what you will need:
- Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sour Cream
- Milk
- Butter
- Cheese
- Wash and dry potatoes
- Put on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
- Poke holes in each potato
- Stick in oven for 1 hr on 450 degrees
- Take out oven you can let them cool down or just cut them in half right away (like I did)
- Scoop out the majority of the potato, leave some in the skin so it keeps it's shape
- Put 1 cup of sour cream in the mixture
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- Milk ( this is to your preference)
- 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- I used my Kitchen aid mixer to mix everything; you can use a hand mixer
- Put mixture back into skins
- Bake for 30 mins
This was so delicious. I decided to try it bc my Fiance is constantly begging for twice baked potatoes since it's one of his favorite dishes' that his mother makes.
