Supplies
Paper Plate
Crayons or Paint (Green)
Scissors
Buttons
Pom Poms
Bows
Ribbon
Glue

Instructions
1. Cut a hole in the middle of the plate
2. Paint/color the rim green
3. glue buttons,pom poms, and bows on
4. punch a hole and tie ribbon
